I figured out how to create long-term, sustainable energy!

Last week, I shared with you that in the midst of trying to gain more energy, I FAILED MY GRAD EXAM. 😭

That was the exact moment when the light bulb finally went on and I said to myself, All this stuff I’m doing to increase my energy is obviously NOT working!

I COULDN’T RISK ANOTHER FAILURE.

At that moment, I decided to take an entirely different approach to addressing my fatigue, exhaustion, and lack of mental clarity. Within three months, I noticed a significant shift in my physical, mental, and emotional health…and guess what?

I PASSED my grad exam with flying colors!

Now, the true test to my new approach to increasing energy would be passing my California state board exam on the FIRST TRY. That exam was scheduled three months after my grad exam, so I continued to do what I was doing and added a few more tactics.

And guess what?

I PASSED my California state boards with flying colors, too!
