What causes fear and pain to perpetuate in our lives? Could it possibly be that we’re not living in the moment?
Anytime there is a moment of fear and pain, we are usually thinking of a memory of the past or fantasizing about the future. We create a story and an attachment that causes the fear and pain to continue.
What if we simply became an observer and allowed the emotions and feelings to rise? What if we acknowledged this is how our pain and fear is showing up?
Once we can identify it and call it out, then the truth arises.
Don’t be afraid of being brutally honest with yourself. Honor your feelings, and be sincere with yourself. The result is a surprising liberation!
