Nature is Truth

Ever since I was a young girl, I’ve been committed to personal growth and attracted to the mysteries of life. Thus, leading me on a lifelong journey of searching and seeking the truth of life and the truth of who I am.

As many of you may know, I am a huge advocate of meditation along with Chi Gong and Tai Chi (aka, moving meditation exercises), and I have found great wisdom in the teachings of the Tao Te Ching (ancient Chinese spiritual text).

Recently during a meditation journey, my eyes were opened to new levels of wisdom regarding the power of life and nature. That’s what is so amazing about meditation. You have the opportunity to gain insights and a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

For example, I started asking myself some new questions about life, and I heard, “Go outside and experience nature as it reveals the truth of life.”

As you know, one of the most powerful ways to wake up and truly start living life is through the power of nature. When we are out in nature, we feel at peace and one with all that is. Sometimes we may even sense the wonderful healing power of nature.

Do you truly pay attention to the moon, sun, plants, trees, and flowers around you? Do you connect and possibly create a relationship with them?

I’m not just referring to the appearance and beauty of nature…but to the experience you have with all of it.

Do you touch, talk, listen, hear, smell, hug and exchange energy with them? Do you stop and pay attention to how they may be speaking to you? Do you look up to receive their messages?

Okay, you are probably saying, “What the heck is this woman talking about?”

NATURE IS TRUTH.

Nature does not lie.

Nature does not pretend.

Nature is all encompassing.

Nature does not discriminate.

Nature is always there.

Nature is fearless.

Nature is love.

Nature is healing.

Nature is everything.

Nature is life.

Nature is always giving, forgiving and always ready to be received.

AND, guess what?
NATURE IS FREE and EVERYWHERE.

Friends, when you are stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, fatigued, sad, lost, or confused, PLEASE GO OUT IN NATURE. Even if nothing is wrong with you, and you are healthy and living well, still go out into nature. You do not need to go far at all; go into your backyard, front yard, patio, balcony, by the beach, etc.

Look up! Look at the stars, the sky, the moon. Feel the warmth of the sun. Look around, and see and feel the plants, trees, and flowers around you. Touch the plants. Feel the energy. Breathe them. Go ahead and hug a tree. Stand barefoot and rub your feet on the dirt, on the grass. You will feel alive.

Getting in touch with nature will help you be less consumed in your mind. It will help you drop into your heart. It can cause you to feel a sense of being deeply rooted, supported and loved.

Nature is waiting for you to draw and receive from the inexhaustible source! Go out and see what you discover.
