If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired…

If you’re living in fear of getting sick…

If you want to feel better about life…

If you want to feel more connected to your higher self...

If you want to boost your immune system…

IT'S TIME TO START MOVING!

Don't let 2021 drag you down.
It's time to take control of your health and wellness.

Supplements are great,
but there's so much more to health and wellness.

Viruses, colds, flus, and diseases are looking for a host (such as you and your family) to infect and cause sickness, and that’s why it’s important for you to be strong and healthy so you can ward off their attacks.

Did you know that your lifestyle has a great influence on your level of immunity?

How you choose to care for yourself - your mind, body, and spirit - will ultimately determine if your immune system is strong enough to prevent and fight back against these illnesses. Without intentional care, ongoing sickness can cause a long term weakening of the immune system to the point of developing chronic disease, chronic inflammation, possible autoimmune disorders, and other illnesses.

When I talk to my patients and clients about increasing their immunity, they immediately think of supplements. While that can be part of our approach, there is so much more that can be done!

In fact, movement is one of the best things we can do for our health and immune system.

Moving your body (i.e., exercise) strengthens your heart health, increases blood flow and oxygen, controls your weight, boosts energy, and ultimately reduces the risk of chronic illness.

Movement is literally medicine to your body, and that's why I created MEDICINE MOVEMENT - a four-week, life-changing experience to help you feel grounded, calm, and energized while boosting your immunity.

I'd love to tell you more about it...

What Is Medicine Movement?
Medicine isn’t just about drugs, vaccines, and nutrition. It’s also about Qi (pronounced "chee") - the vital life force or energy that’s found in everything. To be in optimum health, our Qi must move smoothly and freely throughout our bodies. When our Qi becomes stagnant, excessive, or deficient, we experience pain, illness, disease, and a lack of vitality.

Clearly, we need to move our Qi to be fully healthy, and that’s why I’ve developed Medicine Movement.

Medicine Movement is a series of movements, postures, breathwork, and sounds that correspond to acupressure points, acupuncture pathways, organ systems, and yin/yang theory. It is science, movement, and wisdom coming together to improve your blood circulation and oxygen, while creating a greater sense of calm and relaxation. Not only are you increasing immunity that is sustainable, but you’ll feel more balanced and hopeful with a deeper connection to yourself and all of life.

Medicine Movement goes beyond the physical healing, but also initiates and ignites the healing process of your entire being - mind, body, and spirit.

5 Ways Medicine Movement Can Protect You

As I help my patients and clients start engaging in Medicine Movement, there are five life-changing results I see time and again...

1. Reduces pain and inflammation.
Pain is a result of stagnant flow or stagnant Qi, causing inflammation and swelling. Movement increases oxygen and blood circulation (also known as Qi flow), and the body begins to lower inflammation, which decreases pain.

2. Improves sleep quality.
When your mind is racing, there’s a direct link to difficulty sleeping or staying asleep. During Medicine Movement, we activate particular points in our bodies that are connected to our mind and emotions. As we address the entire person, the body and mind naturally become more calm and less noisy, which allows the mind to rest and settle. The result - improved quality sleep.

3. Reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.
An inactive lifestyle has been associated with an increased risk of depression. With consistent practice of Medicine Movement, you allow the nervous system to shift from the state of “fight or flight”’ to “rest and digest.” Instead of your body and mind feeling stressed and under attack, you cultivate a sense of calm, which results in fewer symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety.

4. Increases physical energy.
Medicine Movement awakens and activates the vital force within you, resulting in sustainable energy. When the body has a smooth flow of Qi, you have increased blood flow and oxygen, which increases energy production and allows you to finish that to-do list!

5. Improves clarity, focus, and awareness.
Not only is Medicine Movement a specific set of movements and postures, but we also combine breath and sound. It requires you to pay attention and be present in the moment. With patience and consistency, you’ll slowly rewire your brain, resulting in more focus, clarity, presence, and protection against cognitive decline.

Five Ways Medicine Movement Can Protect You From Stress, Anxiety, and Diseases

I want to invite you to join me for a life-changing, four-week experience where I’ll teach you the power of Medicine Movement. Instead of simply reading about the benefits to your immune system and overall life, I want you to experience it firsthand.

Medicine Movement is an art of living, and you’ll learn how to apply the practices and principles in your daily life. This experience will strengthen you, nourish you, and help you feel grounded, supported, and connected to all of life. My hope is that Medicine Movement will take you deeper into a journey of self discovery.

Ready to start the journey, get in the flow, boost your immune system?
